2026 GFS Creative Showcase - Additional Tickets
Join us at Reading Cinemas, Newmarket to celebrate outstanding student work in the creative arts with our annual Creative Showcase - featuring student works across game design and production, animation and film production.
Screenings will include 2026 graduate work from the Bachelor of Film and Screen Media Production, Bachelor of Animation, Honours projects, Master of Cinematic Arts and Diploma of Technical Screen Production programs.
Engage with our Games Showcase featuring this year's outstanding Bachelor of Game Design and Production projects in the foyer area between 10:30am - 1:30pm.
Griffith Film School is pleased to offer a free ticket for each GFS student who was enrolled in courses that contribute content to the screenings, An email containing the process to claim the free ticket has been sent to all qualifying students.
This link is to secure additional tickets for guests to attend the showcase. Film and Animation tickets cost $10 per guest. Tickets are esssential, as seats are limited.

Griffith University is collecting the information on this form for the following purposes:
1. To process your registration to the Creative Showcase, and
2. To administer the Creative Showcase.
If you choose not to provide the requested personal information, we may not be able to process your registration.
The personal information collected is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless we are authorised or required by law to disclose the information.

Data Collection
The information you supply in purchasing this product is shared with the Griffith University staff and Reading Cinemasl Event Managers responsible for managing this event.
Media Consent
Griffith Film School will be capturing images and recording for promotional and marketing purposes during the event. By registering you consent for Griffith University to use and publish your image captured in photograph, audio-visual and voice recordings and acknowledge that your image or recording may contain details of your face, physicality and appearance, gender, ethnicity and other characteristics.
In some instances, our capture of images and recordings may be unable to exclude or filter-out (e.g., activities in a gathered group formation). However, if you do not consent, we will not use or publish images or recordings of you - unless, as with group settings, the image or recording is obscured, redacted or otherwise does not identify you.
The consent you provide will be valid for plus 5 years unless revoked. You are free to revoke your consent anytime. Upon revocation, we will stop using and not publish your photos and recordings. We cannot, however, unpublish photos or recordings that have already been published to external forums that the University does not retain control over.
Behaviour Standards and Removal
- Comply with Griffith's Student Charter Framework and Student General Conduct policies
- Clear behavioural expectations including compliance with directions, following instructions, respecting property, and treating others with respect
- Progressive discipline process: verbal warning for minor infractions, immediate removal for serious/repeated violations
- No refund for participants removed due to behavioural issues
Withdrawals
Cancellations that require a refund need to be advised in writing to gfs@griffith.edu.au no closer than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. Cancellations closer to fourteen days will not be granted a refund.
All extra-curricular events require a minimum registration. In the unlikely event that registration numbers are too low, cancellation may be required. Registrants will be advised (by 12th November) if the event will be cancelled.
