Refund Policy:
No refunds will be given if you change your mind, do not attend, or are unable to participate for any reason.
Tickets may be transferred to another current Griffith University student only. To request a ticket transfer, please email gistudentexperience@griffith.edu.au with the replacement student's name, student ID number, contact details, and your GriffithPay order ID.
Refunds will only be issued if Sea World Whale Watching Cruises cancels the cruise due to adverse weather, unsafe coastal conditions, or other operational reasons that prevent the tour from proceeding. In the event of a cancellation by the operator, the International Student Experience (Griffith Mates) Team, will contact registered participants with further information regarding refunds or any alternative arrangements.

Purchasing multiple tickets
Unfortunately, we do not allow anyone to purchase multiple tickets to Griffith Mates Day trips.
You may only purchase one ticket per person at a time.
Please do not buy multiple tickets as there are a limited number of tickets available.

Model Release Form
This event may be filmed or photographed, and the content published in online or offline media. By accepting this Model Release Form, I irrevocably consent to the University, its employees or agents photographing/filming me and using any image of me as the University thinks fit in its absolute discretion to promote the University or any of the University’s activities. I acknowledge that all right, title and interest in or relating to any image of me taken by or on behalf of the University belongs to the University absolutely for its own use. I release the University from any claim by me, or on my behalf, arising out of the University’s use of any photograph/video of me.
